ONLINE BOOKING

  • Please read through all the information provided below.

  • Scroll down and select which artist you would like and then pick the service you are wanting.

  • Make the deposit to secure your spot.

  • Confirmation email will be sent and a text reminder will be sent a few days prior to your appointment.

TERMS & POLICIES

BOOKING FEE: A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE is required to secure your initial appointment. The booking fee will go toward your remaining balance due on your appointment day.

PAYMENT: We accept card and cash. Tips in cash are preferred.

RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule please give us a notice of at least 48 hours prior to your appointment date. You can email at mylansalon@gmail.com or text/call (503) 308-3775. If you reschedule less than 48 hours before the appointment, the booking fee will be NON-REFUNDABLE. You may only reschedule once. If you reschedule more than once we will require additional deposit.

CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours before the appointment date. If you decide to cancel less than 48 hours the booking fee will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

NO SHOWS/NO CALL: Will result in no longer booking future services with us and will be charged the full service amount. The booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

LATE POLICY: If you arrive to your appointment 15 minutes or later we will unfortunately have to cancel your appointment. Your booking fee will be NON-REFUNDABLE. You can reschedule for a different date and put down another booking fee. With our artists having back to back clients we ask you to be considerate and plan ahead of time with traffic and finding our salon.

 

NO EXTRA GUEST: Please do not bring children, pets, or additional guests with you. Translators are allowed only.

 

NO REFUNDS: All services are non-refundable as we ensure to deliver complete satisfaction. If unsatisfied we will work with you and find a solution.

PMU QUALIFICATIONS

  • Age: 18+ (state requirement, must bring a valid photo ID)

  • Must not be pregnant or nursing.

  • Must not have any transmittable blood related conditions or diseases (Hepatitis or HIV/AIDS).

  • Must not be receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy.

  • Must not have active acne around or on brows or lips.

  • Must be off Accutane for 6+ months.

  • Botox and fillers need to be done 3 months before appointment.
